Homemade Ranch Dressing

I love cooking with parsley, but buying fresh parsley and trying to use it all up before it goes bad is a pain. You can buy dried parsley in a jar, but anyone who’s ever tried it can tell you that it’s not worth the plastic it comes in. So what’s a cook to do?

McCormick’s Parsley Grinder (no, they’re not paying me to say this) is a perfect solution. It comes in a little plastic mill and you grind the parsley yourself, like black pepper. It gives the parsley a fresh taste that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in the spice isle. It’s perfect for mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, and this homemade ranch dressing recipe.
